you agree to these terms. While we are based in Cape Town, South Africa, we serve a global community of
students. Our services are accessible to learners worldwide, and these terms are governed by the laws of

2. Our Services

We provide a unique pathway balancing Qur’anic studies with the British Curriculum (IGCSE and AS Level).
Services include on-campus classes, online learning, and bridging courses.

3. Google Meet & Third-Party Tools

For online programmes, we use Google Meet. By using these features, you agree to comply with Google’s
Terms of Service. Engaged Learning Academy is not liable for technical issues arising from third-party
platforms.

4. Fees and Payments

– Tuition: Fees are paid monthly per programme.
– Exam Fees: These are not included in tuition and are paid directly to the exam boards.
– Registration: A non-refundable fee is required to secure a place.

5. Data Privacy

We respect global privacy standards. Your data is handled in accordance with POPIA (South Africa) and
GDPR (International) principles as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
